This full-time on-site role is based in Dubai and involves day-to-day responsibilities as a Showroom Supervisor. The Showroom Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high standards of product presentation. The role will involve supervising the sales team, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position will also involve collaborating with internal teams to drive sales performance and maintain consistent service quality.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage showroom staff and daily operations.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to drive team performance and achieve targets.
- Ability to ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
