Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Specialist located in Riyadh.
The primary responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing.
The specialist will also provide product expertise, manage sales transactions, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
Additionally, they will assist customers in design-related decisions, ensuring that their preferences are met with suitable product recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering outstanding Customer Experiences.
- Experience in team supervision, leadership, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in luxury retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools and systems for sales reporting and customer relationship management.
- Experience in the retail or luxury fashion industry is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in showrooms and familiarity with showroom operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven ability in sales and the use of sales techniques to achieve targets
- Background in fashion design or an understanding of design principles is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for maintaining a visually appealing showroom
