Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Arabic and English) **Showroom Salesperson** with experience in sanitaryware and tiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by assisting customers in selecting products,

offering expert advice, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. If you have a passion for sales and a strong background in Building material industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information on sanitaryware, tiles, and other related products.

- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions based on product knowledge and client requirements.

- Maintain product displays and showroom appearance, ensuring all products are presented attractively.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Handle customer inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, and warranties.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.

- Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation of orders.

- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales role within the sanitaryware, tiles, or building materials industry.

- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.

- Knowledge of sanitaryware, tiles, and related products, including their applications and specifications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a showroom or retail environment.

- Knowledge of local and international sanitaryware and tiles brands.

- Familiarity with project-based sales and working with contractors or designers.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
