Showroom Receptionist (Female)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Answer calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate showroom information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional reception area.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or customer service representative experience; automotive or retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation; punctual, organized, and customer-focused.
• Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Able to work professionally in a fast-paced showroom.
