Overview

  • We are recruiting a Showroom Manager for the distributor of the eba interiors brand in Saudi Arabia.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the showroom, leading the sales team, actively participating in the commercial activity, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets.
  • The candidate must be based in Riyadh or nearby areas.
  • Mission of the Role
  • Oversee and manage the showroom operations in their entirety.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the showroom team and headquarters.
  • Ensure the achievement of both qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
  • Tasks description:
  • Act as the key point of reference for the showroom sales team.
  • Lead daily briefings.
  • Provide weekly reporting to Management.
  • Supervise and monitor projects, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposals.
  • Enforce compliance with the commercial rules of the point of sale.
  • Participate in the organization of communication events related to the showroom.
  • Be responsible for maintaining relationships with specifiers and developing a network of brand ambassadors.
  • Manage staff: coordinate schedules, vacations, etc.
  • Handle and resolve day-to-day contingencies.
  • Ensure continuous training.

Position Characteristics and Conditions

  • Role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Permanent full-time contract, 44 hours per week.
  • Work modality: on-site, based in Saudi Arabia showroom.
  • Status: executive/management level.
  • Hierarchical Position: reporting to the Managing Director Saudi Arabia and to the Company’s Management in Spain.
  • Benefits: health insurance and phone, covered by the company.
  • Fixed annual gross salary between SR 156,000 and SR 168,000, depending on profile and experience, plus a variable component based on monthly showroom sales and annual company profits.

Candidate Profile

  • · Minimum educational background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Showroom Manager or extensive sales background in the high-end kitchen sector in Riyadh.
  • Technical knowledge and on-site experience: materials, wall types, electrical installations, plumbing, etc.
  • Proven experience in team management, KPI monitoring and control, and staff motivation.
  • Solid track record in planning and developing commercial strategies.
  • Knowledge of the Winner software will be considered a plus.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset, with client satisfaction as the top priority.
  • Non-conformist, ambitious, and proactive personality.
  • Used to working with targets and objectives.
  • Language: Arabic.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and/or English will be highly valued.
