Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Showroom Manager role based in
Dubai
The Showroom Manager will oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising to ensure an appealing and well-organized sales environment.
The role involves leading and coaching the showroom team to achieve sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
The Showroom Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth and optimize product mix.
Responsibilities
also include coordinating with head office on promotions and pricing, ensuring adherence to company policies and security procedures, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Strong customer focus with proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage Sales in a retail environment, ideally within jewellery, luxury goods, or related sectors.
- Hands-on experience managing Showrooms or similar retail outlets, including team supervision and daily operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, including inventory management and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-value products is strongly preferred.
- Comfort using POS systems and basic MS Office tools; familiarity with retail KPIs and reporting is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
