About This Role
About Us:
Our chocolate Showroom is a renowned chocolatier in Doha, offering premium handmade chocolates. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Showroom Incharge to oversee operations and lead our showroom team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Lead and train showroom staff, ensuring excellent service.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.
- Meet sales targets and drive promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and manage cash handling.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in retail or customer service, preferably in luxury or food retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for chocolates and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Inventory management is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
