� 1. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell cleaning machines (e.g., vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, pressure washers).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment or services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals.
- Upsell maintenance contracts, spare parts, and after-sales services.
� 2. Customer Service
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
� 4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels of machines, spare parts, and accessories.
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Keep records of incoming and outgoing items.
� 5. Team Supervision
- Manage showroom staff (sales executives, helpers, cleaners).
- Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
