Barugzai Motors is hiring an experienced Showroom Branch Manager to lead its showroom and sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customers and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Manage staff, inventory, and showroom standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good customer service skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Source Work Conditions
- The role requires in-person work.
- The candidate must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or relocate before starting.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Experience and Language
- Managing a car showroom experience of 5 years is required.
- English is required.
