Job Responsibilities
Handle daily showroom accounting activities
Manage cash, card, and online payment transactions
Prepare invoices, receipts, and billing entries
Maintain sales, purchase, payroll, and stock records
Process staff salary, attendance, overtime, and payroll documentation
Reconcile daily cash and bank transactions
Coordinate with sales and warehouse departments
Prepare daily/monthly sales, payroll, and expense reports
Handle petty cash and supplier payment records
Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing
Support VAT/GST documentation and audit requirements
Use POS systems, Tally, Excel, or ERP software for accounting operations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years Experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
Experience
in retail or showroom accounting preferred
Knowledge of payroll processing, Tally, MS Excel, and billing software
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle cash and customer transactions accurately
Knowledge of inventory and stock management is an advantage
