Overview

What You Will Do

• Cut 50 to 60 short form videos a month across two streams, a candid founder build in public presence and polished product showcase content
• Edit platform native for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, with pacing, hooks, captions, and sound that fit each feed
• Use AI editing tools to speed up the repetitive work so volume never kills quality
• Turn raw footage, screen recordings, and AI generated assets into finished, publish ready clips
• Build and reuse hook formats, caption styles, and templates so output stays fast and consistent
• Switch cleanly between two voices, a personal founder tone and a sharper product tone
• Manage your own queue against a weekly publishing schedule and hit turnaround
• What we are looking for:
• You are fluent in short form and can explain why an edit works, not just that it does
• You are fast without getting sloppy, and high volume does not scare you
• You already use AI editing tools such as CapCut AI, Descript, Opus Clip, or Runway, and you keep testing new ones
• You can edit to a brief and a reference, then add your own taste on top
• You are reliable and self managing on a remote schedule
• Nice to have:
• Experience editing founder or personal brand content
• Comfort with basic motion graphics and sound design
• A feel for product or B2B content, not only lifestyle
