Short-Form Social Media Manager

Overview

• Short-Form Social Media Manager - UK-based, fully remote.
• Shot Social is the content agency behind some of the biggest names in podcasting and personal brands.
• We've worked with podcasts and creators with audiences in the hundreds of thousands to millions.
• We build the content engines and growth strategy that sit behind creators, founders and podcasters.
• We're looking for someone to take ownership of 3-5 client accounts end-to-end.
• What you'd actually do day-to-day:
• Manage 3-5 client accounts across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Post manually (we don't use schedulers - never have)
• Write captions in the creator's voice, not yours
• Review daily performance, flag what's working, kill what isn't
• Run ManyChat setups for comment-to-DM automation
• Sit inside Slack and Monday.com every day, working with editors, designers and ops
• Contribute to monthly client strategy calls
• What we're looking for:
• 2+ years managing accounts at agency or in-house, ideally for creators, founders or podcasts
• Real growth numbers you can show us - accounts you've built or scaled
• Strong instinct for what makes short-form land on each platform (hooks, retention, packaging)
• Ability to write in someone else's voice convincingly
• Highly organised - you'll be running multiple accounts, not just one
• UK-based, eligible to work here, available during UK business hours
