Short-Form Content Strategist / Creative Director

We’re looking for a bold, trend-savvy Creative Director – Short Form to lead the creative vision behind all short-format content for our personal brand.

This is not a traditional creative role — we need someone who understands what makes content viral, can think in series, formats, and hooks, and can turn ideas into high-performing content at scale. **What You’ll Do*** + Lead the creative direction for all short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

+ Conceptualize and launch campaigns, episodic series, and viral formats

+ Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative frameworks for content execution

+ Oversee the content team (videographers/editors) and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment

+ Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant

+ Collaborate with Marketing & PR teams to align content with business and brand goals

**What Success Looks Like*** + Launch of new creative campaigns and content series

+ Measurable increase in engagement (likes, shares, watch time)

+ Consistent on-time delivery of content calendars

+ Strong brand consistency across all content

+ Creation of viral or high-performing content (views, reach, impact)

**What We’re Looking For*** + Proven experience in short-form content strategy and creative direction with high-profile influencers (5M+ audience) is preferred

+ Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends

+ Ability to think in formats, hooks and storytelling structures

+ Experience managing or guiding creative/content teams

+ Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand, audience and storytelling

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
