Role overview
The Shoring Foreman will supervise excavation and shoring works for district cooling and utility pipeline projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise shoring, excavation, trenching, and dewatering works.
- Manage manpower, equipment, and daily site activities.
- Ensure proper installation and dismantling of shoring systems.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, the HSE team, and equipment operators.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, PTW, and safety requirements.
- Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in shoring and excavation works.
- Experience in pipeline, infrastructure, or district cooling projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trench safety and shoring systems.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
