Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and performance across all three branches and regularly visit each shop.
- Supervise sales staff and technicians; monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Check sales, cash and card transactions, branch reports, stock levels, product movement, and inter-branch transfers.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and organized; monitor bicycle and electric scooter repair and service jobs.
- Ensure customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups are handled properly and company procedures and pricing policies are followed.
- Coordinate branch issues, stock needs, staff concerns, and customer matters with management; help improve sales and branch performance.
- Report regularly on sales, stock, staff performance, repairs, and operational issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shop Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills; good understanding of retail sales and inventory management.
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple branches; organized, responsible, and able to identify and solve operational problems.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in bicycles, electric scooters, automotive, spare parts, or a similar retail/service business is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred; a valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

- Work is in person in Dubai.
