Role overview
Manage daily shop accounting with a focus on purchasing, stock control, and inventory for IT and ELV system hardware.

Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders, verify vendor invoices, and track local supplier accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock and perform regular physical stock counts.
- Handle daily shop sales, issue invoices, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Track purchase and sales invoices to support UAE VAT compliance.
- Manage front-counter and financial operations independently when required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software, specifically inventory modules.
- Strong organizational skills for physical stock tracking, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Two or more years of UAE accounting experience is preferred; retail, trading, or electronics shop experience is ideal.
- Shop Accountant experience for two years and IT-field experience for one year are listed as preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,500 per month.
