Role overview
Manage daily shop accounting with a focus on purchasing, stock control, and inventory for IT and ELV system hardware.
Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders, verify vendor invoices, and track local supplier accounts.
- Maintain incoming and outgoing stock records and perform regular physical counts.
- Handle daily shop sales, issue invoices, manage petty cash, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Track purchase and sales invoices to support UAE VAT compliance.
- Manage front-counter and financial operations independently when required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE accounting experience; shop accountant experience is preferred.
- BCom, MCom, CA, ACCA, or other accounting coursework.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software, particularly inventory modules.
- Strong organization, dependability, and attention to detail for physical stock tracking.
- Retail, trading, or electronics shop experience is ideal; IT-field experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
