Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable **Shisha Master** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing, maintaining, and serving high‑quality shisha, with excellent guest interaction skills.
This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve **premium shisha** according to venue standards
- Mix and customize flavors based on guest preferences
- Ensure proper setup, ignition, and maintenance of shisha equipment
- Monitor coal rotation and ensure smooth, consistent smoke quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all shisha tools, hoses, bowls, and workstations
- Conduct regular checks on shisha stock, flavors, and consumables
- Report daily usage, consumption, and any equipment issues to management
- Assist guests with recommendations and provide friendly, professional service
- Follow all Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations
- Support the floor team during peak hours when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Shisha Master** in a lounge, beach club, or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, mixes, and preparation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of premium tobacco brands and modern shisha equipment
- Ability to create signature mixes
- Basic reporting and inventory skills
