Role overview
The Shisha Hostess prepares shisha, manages coal service, maintains the station, and provides a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble shishas to quality standards and promptly serve guests.
- Safely light, replace, and manage hot coals at guest tables.
- Greet guests, assist with flavor selections, and check in on satisfaction.
- Keep preparation areas, equipment, and tools clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
- Work with service staff to support daily restaurant operations.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or shisha-handling experience; in-house training is available for candidates with basic experience.
- Fluent Arabic is required; functional English is a plus.
- Candidates should be friendly, approachable, confident, well-groomed, and professional.
Schedule
- Shifts are approximately 8–10 hours per day, varying with operational demands.
- Schedule is flexible and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
