Shipping Process Operator

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or certifications
• 3+ years’ experience in shipping
• SAP experience
• Forklift experience
• What will be my key responsibilities?
• Role Coverage: Must be able to fill in for all shipping roles including Tanker Bay, Packaging Operator, Raw Material, and Shipping Coordinator
• Driver Check-In: Manage shipping window communications, directing truck drivers and coordinating timely dock and door assignments.
• Equipment operation: Must be able to safely operate a forklift and electric hand trucks to load and unload trucks in various areas of the plant. Also, must unload all inbound bulk shipments on tankers or trucks.
• Documentation Management: Review bills of ladings (BOL), packing slips, and manifests, and Certificate of Analysis for accuracy.
• System Tracking: Enter all shipping and receiving data into Weever and SAP systems
• Auditing and reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
