- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of goods, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee from the factory the loading and unloading of the cargo
- Develop and implement optimized logistics strategies to meet business objectives and enhance supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with the Shipping agent regarding shipments, storage space, discrepancy, inventory accuracy.
- Communicating with Agency/carriers, addressing shipping delays, and coordinating with the transport team
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to minimize stockouts, overstock and expired products situations.
