OTLO Shipping Line is looking for a motivated and experienced Shipping / Freight Forwarding Documentation Executive to join our growing team.
Experience Required
3 to 4 years of experience in shipping line or freight forwarding documentation
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process shipping and freight forwarding documents
Handle Bill of Lading (BL), manifests, invoices, delivery orders, and shipment documentation
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, customers, transporters, and overseas offices
Monitor container movement and shipment status
Ensure timely and accurate documentation submission
Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems
Coordinate with operations and accounts departments when required
Respond to customer queries professionally through email and phone
& Requirements
Good knowledge of shipping ERP/software systems
Strong understanding of shipping and freight forwarding documentation procedures
Experience
with China/UAE trade routes will be an advantage
Knowledge of container tracking and shipment coordination
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Good communication and email drafting skills
Good English speaking and writing skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Must be available on WhatsApp and phone whenever required for urgent operational matters
Candidate should be available for immediate interview and quick joining
