Overview
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments including air freight, sea freight, and land transportation.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other import or export documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers for shipment bookings and transportation arrangements.
- Track shipments from supplier origin to final destination and provide regular updates to procurement, projects, and management teams.
- Coordinate with Saudi customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
- Manage SABER registration and product conformity documentation for imported goods when required.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations, import procedures, and company policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for receiving, unloading, inspection, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays, clearance issues, or documentation discrepancies.
- Review freight quotations and logistics invoices to ensure cost control and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation, customs clearance documents, and logistics transactions.
- Support procurement and supply chain teams in planning shipment schedules for materials and equipment.
