Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of port call activities including scheduling, logistics coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee boarding procedures for ships entering and leaving port, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel arrivals and departures, including crew manifests and cargo declarations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ship crews, port authorities, customs officials, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all boarding procedures adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Provide assistance and support to ship crews and port personnel, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in port operations, maritime logistics, or similar roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and solve problems under pressure.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and port management software.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
