Manage shipboard installation teams and processes supporting wireless networking capabilities afloat.
Work on tactical and strategic planning, balancing cost, schedule, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team logistics, resources, and technical solutioning.
- Define, manage, and improve installation processes and strategies.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts, schedulers, customers, analysts, and subcontractors.
- Support design, integration, and sustainment work for connectivity afloat.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years managing technical installations.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communications, and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of shipboard HM&E systems and ability to manage installations tactically and process strategy as a whole.
- Ability to identify systemic risks and update mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree and Secret clearance.
Preferred qualifications
- DoD customer support experience; deployment or shipboard environment experience.
- Knowledge of shipbuilding design drawings and practices.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects within critical deadlines.
Compensation
- Projected annualized salary range is USD 77,500 to USD 176,000.
