Shift Supervisor (Front of House)

As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you help lead the day-to-day flow of the restaurant and ensure every guest has a great experience. In a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you support your team with clear communication, positive energy, and strong attention to service.

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time

What you’ll do

• Support the Restaurant Manager by overseeing front-of-house operations during your shift.
• Make drinks, food, and donuts where required.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent guest service and maintain Tim Hortons standards
• Coordinate team coverage, shift flow, and priorities to keep service running smoothly
• Coach and support team members to help them perform at their best
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism, respect, and urgency
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining and customer service area
• Support inventory and operational needs as required by store procedures
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety practices
