- High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment or 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Solid experience managing large groups of operators. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus. Intermediate to advanced computer skills and excellent math skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
