Shift Manager

We're looking for a Shift Manager to help run the show during peak times, energise the team, and deliver outstanding experiences for every guest, every shift.

As Shift Manager , you’ll support the management team by leading shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and being a role model to the team on the floor.

Take control of the shift – from setting the pace to problem solving in the moment.

Motivate the team and keep energy levels high, even when it’s busy.

Ensure the restaurant is clean, well stocked, and fully compliant at all times.

Coach team members during shifts to deliver excellent service and follow standards.

Help train new starters and create a positive, productive team culture.

Work closely with senior managers to make sure team and guest needs are met.

Be the go to person for guests and staff during service.

Handle any issues or feedback professionally and proactively.

Lead by example in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Monitor stock, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout your shift.

Follow and enforce company procedures – from opening and closing to food safety and cash handling.

Contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive working environment.

Experience in a supervisor, team leader, or keyholder role in hospitality or retail.

Confident leading a team in a fast paced environment.

Strong communicator with a calm, can do attitude.

Passion for great service and a keen eye for detail.
