Responsibilities
- Shift Engineers inspect and maintain equipment, respond to repair requests, and help ensure building systems operate safely.
- Hosts and hostesses greet guests and manage reservations and seating.
- Waitstaff take orders and serve food and beverages to support a courteous dining experience.
- Room and housekeeping attendants clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues.
- Team members follow company, hygiene, and safety standards, collaborate with colleagues, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, guest relations, and communication skills for a diverse clientele.
