We are looking for an experienced
Shift E&A Supervisor
to join our DRP-2 Plant team in Abu Dhabi.
The role is responsible for supervising Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations within a DRI process plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of:
- PLCs, SCADA, automation systems
- Motors, transformers, MCCs, UPS, switchgears
- Field instruments, gas analyzers, sensors, and control valves
- VFDs and soft starters
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
- Lead and supervise shift technicians and contractors.
- Coordinate with operations teams to support smooth plant performance.
- Prepare shift reports and maintenance documentation.
- Support shutdown, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, and LOTO requirements.

- Instrumentation Systems
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
Experience
- Minimum:
- 6 years’ experience for Degree holders, or
- 10 years’ experience for Diploma holders
- Experience in DRI or continuous process plants preferred
- HYL / MIDREX plant experience is an advantage
