Role overview

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive SHE-Q culture.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual SHE-Q standards and applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain high SHE-Q standards at facilities and work locations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across different roles and work scopes.
• Coach colleagues and promote the company’s safety culture.
• Assess jobsite and workplace activities for safety.
• Conduct and oversee safety inspections and training.

What you’ll need

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Diploma or certification in Health, Safety & Environment and Quality.
• Expert knowledge of SHE-Q regulations.
• Strong understanding of heavy lifting and transport equipment.
• At least 6 years of relevant field experience.
• Proficiency in SHE-Q systems and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
