Full-time Grill, Burger & Shawarma Chef role in Dubai, UAE.
Hands-on chef sought to support a growing food brand and develop consistent food customers return for.

Food and Kitchen Skills
- Prepare authentic chicken and meat shawarma, Arabic, Levantine, or Turkish-style grills, and premium or smashed burgers.
- Develop marinades, sauces, signature recipes, and menu improvements.
- Operate charcoal or gas grills; prepare, slice, and portion meat.
- Produce orders quickly while maintaining presentation and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, storage, and stock control; standardise recipes and train the team.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a reputed restaurant, cafeteria, or QSR environment.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in shawarma, grills, and burgers; able to demonstrate food skills and develop and standardise recipes.
Compensation
- Advertised pay is AED 3,000–4,500 per month, plus performance incentives.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic chicken and meat shawarma, Arabic, Levantine, or Turkish-style grills, and premium or smashed burgers.
- Develop marinades, sauces, signature recipes, and new menu items; improve existing recipes.
- Operate charcoal or gas grills and handle meat preparation, slicing, and portion control.
- Produce orders in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining food presentation and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, storage, and stock control.
- Standardise recipes and train the team to reproduce target flavours and quality.
