Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Shawarma & Grill Chef** to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in **Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine** and be able to manage the shawarma and grill section independently.
Requirements
- Expert in Chicken and Beef Shawarma from A to Z (marination, stacking, cooking, and slicing)
- Strong experience with kebabs, kofta, shish tawook, lamb chops, and mixed grills
- Knowledge of charcoal and gas grilling
- Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- **Own visa preferred**
