- وصف الوظيفة
- هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل وحضوري (في مقر العمل) لوظيفة مسؤول موارد بشرية (HR Officer)، ومقرها إمارة الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. سيتولى مسؤول الموارد البشرية الإشراف على وتنفيذ المهام الأساسية للموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك التوظيف، وتهيئة الموظفين الجدد، وإدارة المزايا، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الموارد البشرية. كما تشمل المهام تقديم المشورة والدعم للموظفين، والحفاظ على سجلات الموارد البشرية، والمساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.
- المؤهلات
- إلمام قوي بمبادئ وعمليات الموارد البشرية
- خبرة قوية في إدارة الموارد البشرية وسياساتها
- خبرة في مزايا الموظفين وإدارة المزايا
- مهارات تنظيمية واتصالية ممتازة، كتابيًا وشفهيًا
- القدرة على إدارة الوقت وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية في بيئة عمل سريعة
- معرفة بقوانين العمل في دولة الإمارات واللوائح المحلية (ميزة إضافية)
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- شهادات مهنية في الموارد البشرية (مثل CIPD أو SHRM) تُعد ميزة إضافية
- خبرة سابقة في القطاع غير الربحي أو الإنساني تُعد ميزة
- خبرة مثبتة تزيد عن 8 سنوات في المجال
- خبرة مثبتة في منصب إشرافي

Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, founded in 1979 as part of the Arab Family Organization, is a leading institution under the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah.
Dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities across all age groups and nationalities in the UAE, the organization focuses on education, training, rehabilitation, and employment.
In addition to serving people with disabilities, it also provides social, educational, and awareness services to the broader community.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Officer, based in the Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The HR Officer will oversee and execute key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
The role also involves providing advice and support to employees, maintaining HR records, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and operations
- Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and local regulations is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage
- Prior experience in the nonprofit or humanitarian sector is a plus
- Over 8 years of proven expertise in the field
- Proven experience in a supervisory position
