‏⁦Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on

to join our engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production lines and heavy machinery across our plants (Block, Interlock, Ready-Mix, and Dry Mortar).

The primary goal is to ensure maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and smooth production workflows.

Actively participate in assembling, installing, and commissioning new machinery and production lines across the plants.

Execute scheduled and routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, mixers, and pressing machines to prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Rapidly diagnose and repair sudden mechanical failures (including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxes, and belt systems) under high-pressure plant environments.

Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of worn-out mechanical parts and perform required mechanical overhauls.

Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS) standards while working on machines and inside the plants.

2 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in the maintenance and installation of Block, Interlock, Ready-Mix, or Dry Mortar plants.

No specific degree required; practical expertise and field experience are the primary criteria for selection.

A strong team player, capable of working under pressure in a manufacturing environment, with high flexibility to handle emergency breakdowns.
