Risk and security responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments for business applications, processes, outsourcing, critical changes, projects, and new products or technologies using the stated methodology.
- Participate in security and compliance assessments of infrastructure, systems, applications, and changes; provide risk advice.
- Improve security services and risk methodology materials, and measure and improve risk KPIs and KRIs.
IT operations and delivery
- Provide production support and help prevent incidents with major business impact.
- Schedule and control releases through test and live environments; coordinate vendor code delivery and deployment.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities and infrastructure readiness.
- Support third-party application integration and data migration; plan and manage incident and problem management tools and processes with IT service management.
Technical background
- Experience with Azure; SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, and 2019; SharePoint Online; and SQL Server 2008.
- Linux and Windows administration experience; ability to write SQL queries and knowledge of .NET.
- Hands-on experience with HPSM, HP OpenView, Control-M, and IBM RTC; experience with SSRS, RSL, RDL, and XML Schema Definition.
Methods and products
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and other SDLC models; certification is an advantage.
- Understanding of NAV, GAV, AUM, accruals, and expenses, and the listed Advent, Tradex, Investrack, Sylvan, Portia, and E-Report products.
