The opportunity

The SharePoint Developer will support the design, development and management of SharePoint environments.

Reporting to the SharePoint Technical Lead, you’ll bring strong web development skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and an interest in building responsive, user-friendly SharePoint interfaces that enhance collaboration and business productivity.

Your key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HTML, CSS and JavaScript requests
• Design and customise SharePoint pages, sites and templates using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Support the administration and configuration of SharePoint site collections
• Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries and web parts to meet business needs
• Develop and enhance responsive, accessible SharePoint interfaces aligned with corporate branding
• Troubleshoot front-end issues and implement UI improvements
• Collaborate with internal users to gather requirements and deliver user-centred SharePoint solutions
• Apply quarterly server patches and updates
• Handle incidents and changes, prioritising, following up and re-assigning tickets, and troubleshooting and resolving issues directly when needed
• Keep system documentation up to date, including APIs, and provide training for end users
• Understand and practise information security fundamentals covering the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information

What we’re looking for

(a) Required skills / qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in SharePoint, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong foundation in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively on UI/UX development
• Mid-level experience in both frontend and backend development

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
