Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance, design, development, and implementation services for SharePoint solutions.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for SharePoint solutions.
- Design, architect, and implement custom SharePoint solutions, including sites, pages, web parts, workflows, forms, and custom applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Configure and administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain robust information architecture, content types, metadata, and search configurations within SharePoint.
- Perform SharePoint migrations and upgrades, including data migration from legacy systems to SharePoint Online/Server.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive) and third-party business systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex SharePoint issues and user requests.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training sessions for implemented solutions.
- Stay current with the latest SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related cloud technologies, recommending best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and technical proposal writing.
