SFE/CRM internship with MSD Gulf in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team and manage CRM operations.
- Handle CRM processes such as cycle planning and resolve issues reported through team tickets.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues; manage events and databases.
- Perform CRM analysis and analytics, and work on dashboards.
Candidate profile
- Fluency in English and availability for 30–40 hours per week are required.
- Candidates should be graduating in Q1 2027 or later.
- Technology or computer science education is preferred.
