Job Description
- Be a part of Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team
• Managing CRM Operations
- Trouble shoot Issues with CRM
- Event Management, Database management and Analytics.
- Handling CRM processes like cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets sent to the team.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Graduating in Q 1 2027 or later
- Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable
- Proficiency in working with database
- Good command of excel, good communicator, team player, task oriented with good time management
