Role

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team.
• Manage CRM operations and troubleshoot CRM issues.
• Manage events and databases.
• Handle CRM processes such as cycle planning and resolve issues through tickets sent to the team.
• Contribute to CRM analysis and dashboards.

Candidate profile

• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work 30–40 hours per week.
• Graduating in Q1 2027 or later.
• Education in technology or computer science is preferred.
