Services Promoter - Part Time

Services Promoter Responsibilities: Promote the company’s home maintenance and service offerings to customers visiting eXtra stores.

Approach customers proactively, identify potential service needs, and recommend relevant service solutions.

Clearly explain service features, scope, pricing, terms, and customer benefits.

Generate service leads and convert customer interest into confirmed bookings or sales in line with assigned targets.

Process or support service bookings accurately through the designated system and ensure required customer information is captured.

Coordinate with the Home Services team to ensure proper handover of confirmed bookings and customer requirements.

Follow up on leads and pending customer inquiries when required to support conversion.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available services, promotions, pricing, and service coverage.

Maintain professional service presentation and promotional materials within the assigned store.

Track and report key performance indicators, including customer leads, bookings, conversion, and sales achievement.
