- AND QUALIFICATIONS You have two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience. You have excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner. You have proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Physical Requirements: Work in a fragrance filled environment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend and stretch to stock shelves. The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00 . In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
