The Opportunity

Ameera Talent Solutions is exclusively mandated to support a global consultancy on a multi-year, greenfield Public Sector Digital Transformation in Doha, Qatar .

This is the build of a next-generation “Office of the Future” , backed by a government entity, where digital workplace, safety, and infrastructure converge at scale.

We are building a high-performance core team across two critical ServiceNow streams.

1. Workplace Service Delivery (WSD):

Role: Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow WSD

Level: Senior Analyst

Mandate:

Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap across:

• Workplace Case Management
• Space Management
• Reservations

Essential Requirements:

• CIS-WSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – Workplace Service Delivery)
• 4+ years delivering Employee Workflows at enterprise scale

What Sets You Apart:

• Hands-on integration with:
• IoT sensors
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• CAD/BIM floor mapping
• Ability to translate physical workplace environments into digital workflows

2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – July Pipeline

Roles:

• Business Analyst
• Technical Consultant – ServiceNow HSE

Mandate:

Digitise and modernise enterprise-wide HSE frameworks across large-scale infrastructure environments.

Essential Requirements:

• CIS – Health & Safety Incident Management (or aligned IRM / ESG certification)
• Strong grounding in OHSA standards and enterprise risk governance
