Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
- Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies .
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers .
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM).
- Experience with Now Assist , GenAI Controller, or App Engine Studio.
- Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
