Overview
We are hiring a
ServiceNow Service Business Analyst / Product Owner
to drive a
greenfield enterprise ServiceNow implementation
for a leading AI-driven organization in Abu Dhabi.
This is a
strategic role
, focused on building a
scalable enterprise service platform
—not just a ticketing system—covering IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- You will own the
- end-to-end service design framework
- , including:
- Designing and governing
- enterprise service catalogue & taxonomy
- Building
- workflow architecture
- (approvals, SLAs, escalation paths)
- Leading
- workforce lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) automation
- Aligning ServiceNow with
Oracle Fusion
and
IAM (Saviynt)
- Defining
- KPI, SLA, and reporting frameworks
- Driving
- UAT, stakeholder alignment, and adoption
- Establishing
- operating models and governance structures
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years in
Enterprise Service Management / ITSM
- Strong experience with
- large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Expertise in:
- Service catalogue & workflow design
- HR service processes & lifecycle management
- SLA/KPI frameworks and governance
- Experience working with:
- **Oracle Fusion**
- **IAM / access governance models**
- Strong stakeholder management and
- enterprise-level thinking
