We’re working with a leading ServiceNow partner that is scaling its presales and solutioning capability across the Middle East.
They’re looking for a
ServiceNow Presales Architect
who can bridge business needs with technical delivery and play a key role in winning and shaping enterprise engagements.
The Role
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will take ownership of solution design across the presales lifecycle from discovery through to proposal and handover into delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
- presales engagements
- , delivering tailored demos and solution walkthroughs
- Translate business requirements into
- scalable ServiceNow architectures
- Design and prototype across modules such as
Itsm, Itom, Irm, Hrsd & Csm
- Own
- RFP/RFI responses
- , effort estimations, and proposal strategy
- Run
- client workshops
- and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in
- ServiceNow solution design & presales
- Strong exposure to
- enterprise architecture & platform integrations
- Hands-on capability across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Proven experience delivering
- demos and bid responses
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
