We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build and support high-quality ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery, automate business processes and drive platform adoption across the organisation. Working within our Infrastructure, Cloud & Workplace team, you will play a key role in developing scalable platform capabilities that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to deliver secure, reliable and maintainable solutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence platform improvements, support enterprise integrations and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ServiceNow environment.

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.

Strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow development, including ITSM and modules such as GRC, ITAM, BCM, SecOps, Enterprise Architecture or SPM.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, with additional ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.

Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise, including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Experience designing workflows, business rules, forms, catalog items and automation solutions.

Knowledge of API integrations and web technologies, including REST/SOAP, HTML and CSS.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical and efficient solutions for complex challenges.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
