This high-impact role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support our IT service management and business workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow development and be ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications promptly according to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements efficiently.
- Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow modules.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
- Maintain clear documentation for all development activities.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices.
- **Requirements** **Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver quickly.
- Expertise in ServiceNow core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML relevant to ServiceNow customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ability to join immediately and handle fast-paced project demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Developer or related certifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
