Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design,
development, and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
The candidate
should possess strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB,
- and HRSD modules.
- Lead platform customization, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Develop complex workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and
- IntegrationHub.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and governance compliance.
- Support release management, deployments, and production issues.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred
- CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or other ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience leading offshore/onshore teams.
